MVP Audit for eBook SaaS Tool

I have a cloud-hosted, subscription-based platform that lets users build and download custom eBooks. Before I open the doors to Indian customers I need an experienced product auditor to run an end-to-end review, fix any critical gaps, and give me a short written statement that the product meets Minimum Viable Product standards.

Your very first focus must be the eBook creation workflow and the quality of the final files—layout fidelity, fonts, images, table of contents, download speed, and cross-device readability , ease of exporing(PDF/Docx/Png). If you spot issues, I expect you to correct them or outline exact, reproducible steps for my developer to do so.

Once that core piece is solid, you may flag any secondary concerns you notice around payments, user accounts, privacy, or local compliance, but the certification hinges on flawless book generation.

Deliverables (all within one month from project start):
• A concise audit report highlighting found issues, fixes applied, and outstanding actions
• A pass/fail checklist for the creation process and output quality
• A one-page “MVP Ready” certificate I can show investors and early adopters

Please attach a detailed project proposal that explains the tools or frameworks you will use for functional testing, UI/UX review, and file validation. Screenshots or short clips of past SaaS audits are welcome but optional—the proposal itself will carry the most weight in selection.
