Mutual Bank Conversion Analysis

I will send you a starter list of roughly 100–150 mutual-to-stock conversion transactions completed by U.S. savings banks and thrifts over the past decade. The file already notes whether each deal was a full conversion or a first-step MHC reorganization; what I need from you is the deep dive that turns that raw list into an actionable dataset for investment decision-making.

For every transaction on the list, please research the publicly available filings—prospectuses, 10-K/10-Q reports, call reports, and any subsequent investor presentations—and record, at a minimum, the institution’s return on assets (ROA) for the first full fiscal year PRIOR TO CONVERSION - Correction!!!

The two attachments are a more complete description of the project and all of the Mutual Bank conversions since 2013. Again I do not want the second-step conversions, only the first step and the standard conversions, and I'm only looking for financial analysis immediately preceding the conversion.
