I need a qualified mechanical-equipment inspector to visit Franklin Valve, LP. (500 Northpark Central Dr., Suite 100, Houston, TX 77073) and carry out a pre-shipment inspection on a 4-way valve.
The work involves a hands-on visual inspection—confirming all critical dimensions, quantities and overall workmanship—followed immediately by a thorough review and sign-off of the accompanying documentation: Hydrotest, Leakage and Functional Test reports, the full MTC package, and the ATEX certificate.
Because this is mechanical equipment, I’m specifically looking for someone already certified as an Inspector Mechanical Equip. and whose background is firmly rooted in valves. You should arrive with the usual basic measuring tools, be comfortable recording results in clear English, and be prepared to release the equipment only when everything matches the drawings and paperwork.
Deliverables (all same-day):
• A concise inspection report with photographs and measured data
• A completed dimensional/QTY/quality checklist
• Signed approval pages for each test report and certificate
