Muslim Lifestyle App for Australian

I am rolling out a full-featured mobile app that supports every aspect of Muslim life in Australia and I need it live on both iOS and Android within a month. I already have a couple of reference apps to share, but I want a single, polished solution that covers everything in one place.

Core functionality I require includes:
a barcode-based halal food scanner tied to an Australian ingredient database,
GPS-driven listings for nearby halal restaurants and shopping outlets,
precise prayer times with daylight-savings adjustment,
a masjid locator with a real-time Qibla compass,
a calendar for local Muslim community events,
a searchable directory of service providers,
and a simple marketplace where users can list and buy products.

I am looking for a clean, modern UI, reliable geo-services, and robust performance nationwide—offline fallback for critical data would be a bonus. Flutter or React Native are both acceptable as long as the final builds meet App Store and Google Play requirements. I will supply branding assets and API keys; you will handle architecture, development, testing, and handover.
