Music Academy Attendance & Fee App

I run a small music academy and I have been keeping lessons, payments, and reminders in a simple HTML demo that I can share with you. Now I want to turn that proof-of-concept into a lightweight application that runs both on macOS (desktop) and Android (phone/tablet).

Core features I must keep:
• Attendance tracking for each student and class
• Fee management with the ability to log payments, balances, and concessions
• Automated fee reminders—push notifications on Android and desktop alerts or e-mail on Mac

The app will connect to an existing student management system, so please plan for an API layer or database bridge that lets me sync names, contact details, and course information instead of re-entering data.

I am flexible on timeline and can test builds as you go, but the budget is modest, so a clean, no-frills UI that reuses pieces of my HTML mock-up is perfect. Code should be well commented, and I would like the final project files plus a short setup guide so I can deploy updates myself later.

Deliverables:
1. macOS desktop application (stand-alone installer or notarized .dmg)
2. Android APK / AAB ready for Play Store upload
3. Source code and build instructions
4. Basic user guide covering attendance, fee entry, and reminder setup
5. Integration script or module that syncs with the current student management database/API
