Paid pre-tender collaboration for an accessible visual-identity specialist, with a larger award-contingent workstream.

TinyOps Studio LLC is preparing a proposal for Timespan, a Scottish museum and cultural institution. The public tender covers a WordPress website redevelopment plus an accessible visual-identity and logo refresh. Tender submissions are due 24 August 2026.

This Freelancer project pays for a focused pre-tender package:
- review the public brief and TinyOps proposal draft
- provide a short bio, delivery role, and three relevant portfolio links
- provide a 150 to 250 word approach covering accessible typography, colour contrast, hierarchy, logo evolution, and application across web, email, social, print, and signage
- confirm availability for remote collaboration over a six-month delivery window if the prime tender is awarded
- confirm an award-contingent fixed fee of GBP 5,000 excluding VAT for the visual-identity and logo workstream

Ideal fit: a UK-based studio or senior designer with truthful museum, heritage, arts, cultural, or community-sector identity work and practical accessibility experience. Please include relevant links in your bid. No speculative design work is requested.

The paid pre-tender package is the only guaranteed scope under this Freelancer listing. The GBP 5,000 delivery workstream proceeds only if Timespan awards the prime contract and both parties accept the final subcontract milestones.
