I’m building a library of marketing content for properties scattered across South Mumbai and need a reliable photographer-videographer who can jump in whenever a new listing goes live. On a typical assignment you will visit one or more sites—sometimes a sea-facing apartment, other times a compact office—capture high-resolution photographs and record a smooth walkthrough video, then turn both around within 24 hours so my agents can start promoting immediately.

You’re free to work with a DSLR, mirrorless kit or a phone that shoots crisp 4K, as long as the final visuals look professional, well-lit and level. Mobility is essential because our portfolio ranges from Colaba up to Worli; I’ll share the address, brief, and any specific angles before each visit, and we can settle the per-visit fee in advance or group several shoots into a single invoice—whatever suits you.

Deliverables per property
• 10-15 edited photos in JPEG, web-ready resolution
• One edited walkthrough video (horizontal, 1080p or higher, colour-graded,
