Mumbai Apartment Layouts & 3D Renders

I have a residential apartment in Mumbai that needs a complete drawing package and photorealistic visuals. The scope covers the entire apartment and should reflect a clean, modern aesthetic throughout.

What I need from you
• Detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD (.dwg): fully dimensioned floor plans, all elevations, at least two building sections, and coordinated electrical and plumbing layouts.
• A well-organised layer system and clear annotation that aligns with local (MCGM) standards, using metric units.
• A SketchUp model that matches the CAD plans, plus high-quality rendered perspectives showing daylight and night lighting so that material choices and spatial feel are easy to convey to my contractor.
