Multisite Used Car Sale Management

REMOTE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT — POST USED CAR ACROSS MULTIPLE SITES

I need an efficient administrative assistant to manage the immediate sale of one vehicle: a 2012 Toyota Prius Plug-in Advanced in Los Angeles.

The Cars.com listing is already submitted and will serve as the master. Your assignment is to:

Adapt and post the vehicle on Cars.com, OfferUp and other suitable car-sale platforms (6 total)
Make each listing look individually written by varying the headline, description emphasis and photo order
Manage one dedicated email inbox for buyer inquiries
Screen interested buyers and request their best written offers
Obtain competing direct-purchase offers from Peddle, CarBrain, Copart Direct and local Prius buyers
Track listing links, inquiries and credible offers in one simple sheet
Bring me only qualified buyers and serious written offers
Update the listings when I provide the mechanic’s final repair information

You may handle routine buyer communication and ask buyers to improve their offers, but you may not accept an offer or make a final commitment without my approval.

This is a small, urgent assignment—not an open-ended project. Expected initial workload is approximately 2–3 hours. Please quote a fixed price for completing the initial posting and offer-gathering work.

Requirements:

Experience posting vehicles or products o, OfferUp, Cars.com or similar platforms(6 max)
Strong written English
Able to make listings look distinct while keeping all facts consistent
Responsive and organized
Available to begin immediately
Comfortable working with a short deadline
