I want to build a mobile app inspired by PlaySolo that launches with a real-time puzzle game and grows into a hub of quick, casual mini-games. The core idea is to let two players go head-to-head live, track their wins, and showcase their progress through persistent player profiles and a public ranking ladder.

Phase 1 focuses on recreating the PlaySolo-style puzzle experience:
• A polished, intuitive puzzle mini-game that matches two players instantly and keeps the round latency-free.
• Secure sign-up/login (email, Google, Apple) that stores avatar, nickname, and basic stats.
• Global and friend-only leaderboards that refresh automatically after every match.

Under the hood I’ll need a lightweight, scalable backend—Firebase, Supabase, or a Node.js + WebSocket stack all work as long as matchmaking is smooth and rankings update in real time. The codebase should be clean, well-documented, and structured so additional mini-games can slot in later without rewriting core services.

Acceptance criteria for delivery:
1. Users can create an account, enter matchmaking, and complete a live puzzle round against another player without crashes or noticeable lag.
2. Win/loss, score, and rank update immediately and display correctly in the profile and leaderboard.
3. Build runs on current Android devices (minimum SDK 24). An iOS build is a welcome bonus but not essential for this milestone.
4. Source repository, setup instructions, and brief technical docs are handed over so I can keep extending the app.

If you’ve shipped real-time multiplayer titles or have sample code using Firebase, WebSockets, or similar tech, share it—I’m eager to see proven approaches before we dive in.
