About the Role
We are launching an ambitious, high-volume content engine. Over the next six months, we will produce thousands of pieces of multimedia content—spanning social media posts, interactive online classes, cinematic short films, and dynamic live streams.
We need a visionary creator who can balance bulk production with an uncompromised standard of excellence. You will design a superior, hyper-efficient workflow, managing the heavy output while ensuring every single asset looks and feels premium.
What "Great Taste" Means to Us
Because we are producing in volume, "great taste" is our primary filter. To us, it isn't an abstract concept—it is a concrete skill set. You possess great taste if you have:
• A Cinematographic Eye: You instinctively understand framing, lighting, color theory, and pacing. Even a quick social media story or live stream set should feel intentional, polished, and visually compelling.
• Curation Over Clutter: You know what to leave out. You favor clean layouts, strong typography, and a cohesive visual identity that elevates the brand rather than dilutes it.
• Adaptive Aesthetics: You can transition seamlessly between a gritty, authentic social clip and a highly polished, professional online course aesthetic without losing creative control.
• Trend Fluent, Not Trend Chasing: You understand current internet culture and visual trends, but you filter them through a lens of longevity and high quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Workflow Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize a high-throughput production workflow that allows for the rapid creation of thousands of assets without bottlenecks.
• Creative Direction: Oversee the end-to-end visual execution of social posts, course modules, short-form films, and live broadcasts.
• Quality & Velocity: Maintain a relentless pace of output while ensuring zero drops in cinematic and design quality.
