Multilingual Video Translation QA

I have five short MP4 training videos (each no longer than seven minutes) that have already been translated from English into Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, French, Italian and Korean. Before these versions go public, I need a meticulous linguist-technician to make sure everything is spot-on and properly integrated.

Here’s what I expect:

• Validate every provided translation for grammar, tone and cultural accuracy.
• Deliver one folder per language containing an excel file that contain the issues found with the language spoken, note down the timing period in the video like "incorrect between 00:35 to 00:50", description of what is not correct", "transcript text of what is not correct" and "the corrected transcript".
• The video will also contain caption text displayed in the same translated language. Validate the text displayed is correct for the picture shown in the video frame. Report issues with the caption also in a similar way as audio in a separate excel file.

Acceptance criteria: subtitles must stay within standard character-per-line limits and match speech within ±0.5 sec; voice-over levels should sit naturally under the original soundtrack without clipping or noticeable echo.

Please note 5 videos with 5 min of length comes to 25 mins and the total work which can go to 1 hr with noting all the errors.
