I manage a steady stream of one-minute videos recorded in English, Arabic, and Hindi, and I need a concise yet detailed recap of the main points for every clip. Each summary must be written in the same language as the source video so viewers can read in their native tongue without switching context.
Here’s how I picture the workflow: I’ll upload a batch of links or files, usually a dozen at a time. You watch each video, capture the key ideas, events, and context, and deliver a clear narrative that stands on its own—no transcription, just an accurate distillation of what was said and shown. A tight, well-structured paragraph of roughly 80–120 words is perfect; it should let someone who never viewed the clip understand the message instantly.
To keep things simple, use a shared Google Doc or Word file and label each entry with the video filename or link. A 24-hour turnaround on small batches is ideal so the summaries can publish alongside the videos.
Deliverables for every video:
• One detailed paragraph (80–120 words) in the same language as the video
• Proper nouns and key actions correctly spelled and clearly highlighted within the paragraph
• File or doc titled with the corresponding video link or ID
Accuracy and clarity are the top priorities. Familiarity with regional phrases in the three listed languages, plus any additional language skills, will be a bonus as my library expands. Let me know your availability and any previous experience summarizing multimedia content, and we can get started right away.
