Professional Multilingual NGO WordPress Website | Elementor | EN–AR–FR | Full CMS
We are looking for an experienced WordPress/Elementor developer or agency to design and develop a professional, multilingual institutional website for Wings of Aid & Peace (WAP), a humanitarian and non-profit organization.
The website will be built using WordPress + Astra Pro + Elementor and must support English, Arabic (full RTL), and French.
WAP will provide the official logo, brand colors, English content, domain, hosting, and available institutional documents. The selected developer will be responsible for the complete website development, professional Arabic and French localization, multilingual setup, structured CMS, searchable/filterable Resource & Document Library, required forms, SEO, security, backups, performance optimization, donation readiness, social-media branding package, testing, deployment, administrator training and handover.
Important: This is not a simple static website. It must be developed as a scalable institutional CMS that WAP administrators can manage and expand without coding.
Before Bidding
Please read the attached “WAP Freelancer Project Brief” carefully before submitting your bid.
Your proposal should include:
- Your best fixed price for the complete scope
- Estimated delivery time (maximum 6 weeks)
- Relevant NGO/nonprofit and multilingual WordPress portfolio
- Confirmation of WordPress + Astra Pro + Elementor experience
- Confirmation of professional Arabic RTL + Arabic/French localization
- Confirmation that you can deliver the complete scope described in the attached brief
- Any additional paid plugins/licenses required
Please do not submit a generic bid without reviewing the attached project brief.
Shortlisted candidates whose experience, price and timeline are suitable will receive the complete Final Website Structure & Development Scope for detailed review and final agreement before development begins.
