Multilingual Medical Manual Translation

I have a collection of medical-related technical manuals that must be translated with absolute accuracy and preserved formatting. The source files are in English and I need complete versions in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.
Because these documents deal with medical equipment and procedures, terminology consistency and adherence to industry standards are crucial. I welcome linguists who are comfortable working with CAT tools such as SDL Trados, memoQ, or equivalent platforms, and who can follow established glossaries or help me build one where necessary. Familiarity with regulatory language used in IFU/DFU documentation will be a plus.
Deliverables (per language):
• Fully translated manual in the original layout (editable file + print-ready PDF)
• Bilingual review file showing tracked changes or QA report
• Final glossary/terminology list created or expanded during the project
I will provide the packaged source files and any existing reference material once we begin. Let me know your experience with medical translations, preferred toolset, and estimated turnaround for an average manual so we can align schedules right away.
