Multilingual Mantra Library Website

I’m building an online “mantra sangraha”—a structured library that stores Vedic mantras together with their audio recordings. The core data model follows a Work → Chapter → Sub-chapter hierarchy. Every mantra entry will hold:

• Kannada text carrying accurate anudāta, udāta and svarita marks
• Optional parallel texts in English, Sanskrit, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi (whenever I have them)
• A high-quality audio file of the chant

Workflow
I need an admin dashboard where I can create or edit each mantra, attach the recordings, choose which language versions are ready, and then publish. Once published, only registered, paying members should see the mantra pages.

Member experience
After logging in, a subscriber must be able to browse the catalogue by work/chapter/sub-chapter or simply search for a mantra by words or title. On each mantra page they can read the text in any language that exists, listen to the audio stream, and click a “favourite” icon that saves the item to a personal list for quick return visits. No downloads are required—streaming and reading are enough.

Subscription system
Access is gated by a ₹49 monthly plan. I’m open to any reliable payment gateway that works in India; recurring billing is preferred so the user never loses access mid-month.

Tech notes
I don’t mind whether you pick Django, Laravel, Node, or another modern stack as long as:

1. Text in Kannada renders all three svara diacritics correctly on every major browser.
2. The hierarchy and search remain fast even as the library grows.
3. Audio streams efficiently on mobile connections.
4. Security and user privacy are handled to current best practice.

Deliverables
• Fully functional web application, deployed on my hosting of choice
• Source code in a version-controlled repo
• Brief admin guide covering mantra creation, publication, subscriber management and payment settings
