I want to create a responsive website that publishes both government-sector and private job openings. The core of the site will be detailed job listings supported by step-by-step application guides.

User management is essential: job seekers must be able to create profiles, upload résumés, and track applications, while employers need dashboards to post vacancies and review candidates. Because the audience spans several regions, every public-facing page—including search, filters, and the employer console—has to support multiple languages with seamless switching.

Key deliverables
• Fully functional job board with employer & seeker accounts
• Role-based dashboards (admin, employer, seeker)
• Multi-language architecture ready for content translation
• Clean, mobile-first UI plus robust search and filter tools
• Documentation for content editors and basic maintenance

The build can rely on a modern stack such as Laravel or Django paired with MySQL/PostgreSQL, or an equivalent framework if you have a better suggestion; just keep performance, security, and future scalability in mind.
