Multilingual Document Translation Needed -- 2

A steady flow of technical briefs, marketing copy, and internal manuals moves across my desk every week and each must switch seamlessly between English and Spanish, with the occasional French file added to the mix. Everything happens online—Word docs or PDFs arrive in a shared Drive folder, and I need the translated version returned within 24–48 hours, fully proofread and ready to publish.

Deliverables
• Idiomatic, culturally-accurate translation of each source document (typically 800–1,500 words) in editable Word format
• Consistent replication of headings, bullet structure, and basic formatting
• A brief terminology or context note when wording is ambiguous

Acceptance Criteria
• Translation matches any glossary I supply and reads naturally to a native speaker
• No machine-translation artifacts or grammar slips
• Layout mirrors the source so my design team can drop the text straight in

Normal weekly volume is 3–5 documents, so reliability and quick turnaround matter more than anything. If you have recent samples that show similar work, a link or short excerpt will help me gauge fit right away.
