Key Responsibilities
• Manage Communications: Process incoming user requests via the website’s online live chat and ticketing systems.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Compensation & Bonuses
• Base Hourly Rate: €3.75 per hour.
Requirements
• Language: Minimum B2 English level (strong written and verbal communication).
• Professional fluency or native-level Arabic (written and verbal).
• Technical Skills: Fast typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM).
• Work Ethic: Highly motivated toward the work with a proactive attitude.
• Work Style: Ability to remain fast and handle multitasking efficiently in a live chat environment.
• Environment: Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability: Ability to work effectively on a rotating 2/2 shift schedule.
