I’m looking for a certified translator who can move comfortably among the following language pairs:

• English ↔ Spanish
• English ↔ French
• English ↔ Chinese

The material comes from three distinct corporate streams—legal agreements, marketing collateral, and highly technical manuals—so the register must stay consistently professional and terminology precise. Files often arrive in Word, InDesign, or PDF layouts that need to be preserved, so skill with CAT tools and basic desktop-publishing tweaks will help you work quickly without breaking formatting.

What I expect from each hand-off
• A clean, fully translated file that mirrors the original layout
• Consistent use of approved terminology (I’ll supply glossaries where they exist; otherwise, you’ll create one as you work)
• A brief change log noting any phrase you felt required adaptation rather than direct translation
• On-time delivery—we generally work to three- to five-day windows for batches of 8–10k words

Every text you see is under NDA, so secure handling of documents is non-negotiable. If you’re certified and have verifiable experience across all three language pairs, I’d love to review a short sample or portfolio link that shows legal, marketing, and technical work side-by-side.
