you must built AI-driven phone assistant system that can pick up, understand, and respond to callers in 40 languages—English, Spanish and Chinese being the first three on the list.

What the assistant must already do in this MVP
• Detect the caller’s language automatically and switch voice synthesis accordingly.
• Handle the three key interaction types I’ve selected—Appointment scheduling, Sales inquiries, Customer service—with natural, conversational flow.
• Confirm or book appointments directly into Google Calendar (or a similar calendar API) while emailing or texting confirmations to the client.
• Log sales or service requests to a simple CRM endpoint (a REST webhook is fine for now).
• Offer polite fallback or escalation to a human agent whenever confidence drops below an agreed threshold.

Technical expectations
– Real-time ASR and TTS (Google Cloud, Azure, Amazon Polly, or your preferred stack).
– A lightweight dialogue manager or LLM prompt harness that can be swapped out for more advanced logic later.
– Containerised codebase, documented, with environment variables for keys and endpoints so I can redeploy easily.

Acceptance criteria for this phase
1. I can call a test number, speak in any of the three core languages, and the bot responds correctly.
2. Appointment times are reflected in my calendar within 10 seconds.
3. CRM webhook receives JSON transcripts and metadata for each interaction.
4. Source code, a one-step deployment script, and a 30-minute walkthrough are delivered.
