Project Description

We are looking for a talented freelancer or small animation studio to create a high-quality, AI-assisted 3D-style cartoon pilot for an upcoming international children’s educational project.

The videos will be designed for children aged 3–6.

Our goal is to develop a professional animated series that can later be adapted into multiple languages and distributed internationally.

We are looking for a creative partner interested in long-term collaboration.

Pilot Episode Requirements

* Duration: 60–90 seconds
* High-quality, colorful, child-friendly 3D cartoon style
* Two original animated animal characters
* Consistent character appearance across all scenes
* Natural movements, facial expressions and simple lip-sync
* Professional voice-over in two languages
* Background music and sound effects with commercial usage rights
* Full HD (1920 × 1080), MP4 format
* One revision round included

Important: Multilingual Expansion

The series is intended to expand into multiple languages in the future.

The production workflow must therefore allow:

* Reusing the same characters and animation assets across different language versions
* Replacing voice-overs without recreating the entire video
* Adjusting lip-sync for different languages where needed
* Creating additional episodes with consistent character designs
* Adding new characters and languages in future seasons
* Delivering reusable project files and character assets where technically possible

We are looking for a scalable and cost-effective production solution.
