Multichannel Order Support Representative

I need a reliable specialist who can step in as the first point of contact for customers placing orders, bookings, or appointments. You will work remotely, responding through phone, email, and live chat—whichever channel the customer chooses—ensuring every interaction is smooth, friendly, and accurate.

Your core task is to capture the details that turn an inquiry into a confirmed transaction. For each order or booking, please record:
• Customer contact details
• Preferred date and time
• Payment or billing details

I’ll provide the call-handling scripts, product and service FAQs, and access to our CRM and ticketing tools. You should already feel comfortable juggling several conversations at once, switching quickly between voice and written channels, and documenting everything clearly in the system.

Timely follow-up and meticulous record-keeping are essential—if information is missing or unclear, I expect you to circle back to the customer before the request moves forward.
