Payment Milestones

Preferred payment structure:

* 30% after project initiation
* 30% after completion of core development
* 30% before production deployment
* 10% after final delivery and acceptance

Milestones can be discussed based on the development plan.

Warranty & Support

We expect:

* 30 days complimentary bug-fix support after final delivery
* Bug fixes related to delivered functionality included during this period
* New features or major change requests can be quoted separately

Exclusions / Third-Party Costs

The development quotation should clearly identify any third-party expenses separately, including:

* Domain registration
* Hosting / Cloud Infrastructure
* SMS services
* WhatsApp API
* Payment Gateway transaction/service charges
* Shiprocket charges
* Other third-party subscriptions
