Looking for someone to build a platform that will allow different transactions and include the third party
Tell me How it will cost me in final to achieve the below requirement
and tell me the 360 views of the platform to go live , like who will handle the domain and the Api and payment stuff to work properly and what will be the testing stages ?
The flow I have in place now is that , the platform can received more than 200 owners , and each owner suppose to have their dashboard like a place where they can sign in and login into their account manage their account with tenant account, and after that the can add the tenant information with the address , and amount that the tenant suppose to pay , the status to see if the tenant made a payment or no
And also have one functionality that will make the owner pay the platform fee automatically they will have a choice , their fee can be windrow in a certain percentage of the tenant amount or they can make the payment on the platform automatically
then the tenant can have their own dashboard that they can manage their own history and payment (CashApp ,MobileMoney.MTN Money,Paypal , Debit/Credit and Visas Card ) , the can upload/doawnload the receipt, they suppose to sign in to login into their area where they will be able to make their payment , and , track the status of teh payment , received notification when the payment is due through text message or WhatsAppSo this is a multi-user rental payment platform with 2 portals: owner and tenant, plus payment tracking, due reminders, and platform-fee handling.
Can you tell me how much it can cost to have it done if we decide to do it from scratch or if we use the existing code and how length it will take to have it available?
