Multi-Site Estate Job Tracking

I need a straightforward system that records job progress across several estate locations and funnels that information into a single, browser-based dashboard. Only progress updates matter here—no clock-in/clock-out or HR details—so the database structure can stay lean.
On the dashboard I want three clear, always-visible panels:
• Current job status
• Upcoming jobs
• Completed jobs
The view should refresh in near real time (auto-refresh or a lightweight WebSocket is fine) and let me filter by site, job type, and date range. A clean, responsive layout is essential because the team may open it on tablets while on-site.
Key expectations
• Simple form or API endpoint to post progress updates from each site
• Secure data store (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) with basic role-based access
• Deployment instructions so I can spin it up on multiple servers if needed
If you already work with tools like React, Vue, or plain Bootstrap for dashboards and have experience wiring them to a RESTful back end, you’ll hit the ground running. Let’s keep the interface clean, the code documented, and the setup repeatable for future sites.
