Multi-Site & Email cPanel Migration

The reseller account that currently hosts eleven small brochure-style sites has to be decommissioned, so I need everything consolidated into a new single-account cPanel instance. Nothing fancy is running—no custom scripts, frameworks, or non-standard server tweaks—so it should be a straight copy of files and MySQL databases, followed by a tidy update of each domain’s document root inside the new account.

In parallel, more than eleven active mailboxes must come across intact. I already use IMAP on both servers, so IMAPSync is the method I want; each mailbox has to arrive with full folder structure and timestamps preserved. Once the transfer is complete, I will change the DNS MX and A records myself, but I’ll need you to confirm propagation-ready settings.

Deliverables (acceptance will be based on these):

• All 11 websites loading correctly from the new server, with SSL certificates re-issued via AutoSSL.
• Databases imported and connected; contact forms or similar basic functions working.
• Matching email accounts created on the target cPanel and populated via IMAPSync with no missing messages.
• Brief hand-off note summarising what you moved, which records to update, and any credentials that changed.

You’ll need solid experience with cPanel/WHM file transfers, MySQL backups, and IMAPSync or an equivalent tool; command-line comfort is a plus because I prefer an efficient rsync or scp over slow File Manager uploads.

I can give you full login details to both servers and will be available for quick DNS changes when you give the green light. Looking to wrap this up within a day once we start.
