Multi-Service On-Demand Marketplace App

I’m ready to turn a concept inspired by Airtasker and Uber into a production-ready marketplace where users can book home, transport, and delivery services from their phone or browser. The project covers three experience layers—Customer, Service Provider, and Admin—and must run smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web with a single, shared back end.

You will own the full product cycle: UX/UI design, scalable back-end architecture, real-time matching and tracking, in-app chat, ratings, secure payments, and an analytics-friendly admin console. Stripe (or a comparable gateway) and location services need to be wired in from day one, and the codebase should be clean enough for future micro-service expansion.

Deliverables
• Interactive wireframes and final UI assets for all three roles
• Source code for iOS, Android, and web builds, plus deployment scripts
• Documented REST/GraphQL API and database schema
• Admin panel with role-based access, service-category management, and reporting dashboards
• Test suite and hand-over guide sufficient for another team to continue development

Acceptance criteria: All core flows—post a task, accept/decline, live tracking, secure payment release, and review—must complete in under 10 seconds on a mid-range device over 4G, with >90 % unit-test coverage on critical modules.
