Multi-Role Logistics & Transportation Mobile App

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer / development team to build an initial MVP for a logistics and transportation platform called Transport Hub.

The platform will connect different participants in the transportation ecosystem, including:

Fleet / Truck Owners
Transporters
Drivers
Suppliers
Receivers

An important part of the concept is that one business/user may perform multiple functions. For example, a supplier may also own trucks and operate as a transporter. Therefore, I do not want completely separate applications for each role. I want a unified platform with multiple capabilities under one account.

Initial MVP will include:
User/business registration and authentication
Unified dashboard
Vehicle/fleet registration
Vehicle document management
Driver management
Supplier and transporter profiles
Trip creation and management
Find/search available trucks
Post transportation requirements
Available truck / return-load marketplace
Trip notifications
Basic trip tracking/status updates
Receiver trip visibility
Payment management
Digital document storage
Admin web panel

The application will involve mobile users as well as a web-based admin panel.

Technology

I am open to recommendations, but I expect a modern and scalable architecture using technologies such as React Native/Flutter + proper backend/database + cloud infrastructure.

This is not a UI-only or prototype project.

I need a functioning application with:

Real backend
Database
APIs
Authentication
Document uploads
Notifications
Proper business logic
Admin panel
Production-ready architecture

I already have the product concept, business workflow and initial UI direction and will provide detailed requirements to the selected developer in stages.

The project will be developed through milestones, starting with architecture/UI and then moving into the functional MVP.
