This project revolves around a single goal: tracking every Zakat disbursement with absolute clarity. I need one integrated application that runs seamlessly on the web, mobile devices, and desktop computers so field officers, administrators, and auditors always see the same up-to-date data.
Primary function
The system records and monitors the full journey of each Zakat payment—from the moment funds are allocated to the instant beneficiaries receive them—providing real-time balances and historical insight.
Key modules
• Beneficiary management: create, update, and archive beneficiary profiles, attaching supporting documents and eligibility notes.
• Detailed transaction history: an itemised ledger that links every disbursement to its beneficiary, date, amount, and approving officer, with drill-down views for audits.
Platform expectations
One codebase should deliver responsive web pages, installable mobile apps (Android & iOS), and lightweight desktop builds (Windows/macOS). Data must sync smoothly across all devices, even after periods offline.
Deliverables
1. Complete source code and build scripts for web, mobile, and desktop.
2. Working demo builds that let me add beneficiaries, log disbursements, and review transaction histories.
3. Technical documentation (data schema, API endpoints, deployment steps).
4. Concise user guide for administrators and field staff.
Acceptance criteria
• Beneficiaries can be added, edited, searched, and deactivated without error.
• Every logged disbursement appears instantly in the global transaction ledger.
• Dashboard totals always reconcile with underlying records.
• Initial page or app load time stays under two seconds on a mid-range mobile device.
Once these milestones are delivered and verified, I will take care of hosting; future maintenance can be discussed as a separate engagement.
