Multi-Platform Lead Generation Specialist

I'm seeking an experienced lead generation expert to target both B2B and B2C prospects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads and be skilled in utilizing LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

Key Requirements:
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn. I will need to have these leads developed and generated from your own accord (property management company) we need you to find long term bookings with Contractors within the area. (this is more complex than the other business so will be needed quite advanced skills here not just the basics)
- Start conversations and reach new leads with TikTok and instagram. (HTS Offer) (this is the more simple tasks over the other business but still requires some skills)
- Strong communication skills and experience in both B2B and B2C sectors.

- Not afraid to work with me and ask questions, I am super friendly and not a strict boss I just need some time back in my hands
- Experience in finding leads on linked in, not afraid to hunt down further of local construction work going on and is proactive. the other business is straight forward.

I'm looking for someone who can deliver measurable results, set appointments and start actual conversations, not just a copy and paste job. I need someone with skills and intelligence especially for the property business as this will take some hunting to find the right companies to reach in the first place. the hTS business is a-lot easier just time consuming.
