I need a full-stack team to create an end-to-end insurance quotation platform that works seamlessly on the web plus native iOS and Android apps. The core flow is simple: customers compare quotes from multiple insurers, purchase or renew a policy, and manage everything from a secure dashboard. At the same time, insurers receive qualified leads and can update products and pricing, while my admin team keeps an eye on users, policies and performance metrics from a central console.
Customer Dashboard
• Policy management, quotation requests and claims submission must be frictionless and intuitive, with real-time status updates and in-app notifications.
Admin Dashboard
• I need robust user management, detailed analytics and reporting, and full policy lifecycle control. Granular role permissions are important so internal staff see only what they need.
Insurance Company Dashboard
• Each carrier should log in to adjust rates, view incoming quote requests, bind coverage, and respond to claims data—all through secure APIs we expose.
Cross-Platform Build
I’m open to the tech stack you recommend, provided it supports one modern codebase for web, iOS and Android, fast performance, and future scalability. Clean REST/GraphQL APIs, secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT or similar), and responsive UI/UX are all expected.
Key Deliverables
1. Responsive web app
2. Native or cross-compiled iOS & Android apps published under my accounts
3. Three role-based dashboards (customer, insurer, admin)
4. Source code in a private repository with documentation
5. Deployment scripts and CI/CD pipeline for staging and production
6. Post-launch support window for bug fixes
Acceptance Criteria
• Customers can obtain side-by-side quotes from at least three insurers in under 30 seconds.
• All data in transit and at rest encrypted (TLS 1.2+, AES-256).
• Admin analytics load in under two seconds on a 50k-record dataset.
• Apps pass Apple and Google review on first submission.
