Multi-Platform Home Service Booking System

I need an end-to-end solution that lets people book home services from any device and allows service providers to manage those jobs just as easily. The build includes four interconnected components:

• Customer App (iOS & Android)
• Provider App (iOS & Android)
• Responsive public website for customers who prefer a browser
• Web-based Admin Panel for full operational control

Core experiences in the Customer App are straightforward: users browse available home services, lock in a time slot, follow real-time progress while the provider is on the way or on site, and leave ratings and written reviews once the work is done. Push notifications, secure in-app payments, and a clean chat interface should round out the journey.

On the Provider side, I need job alerts, an intuitive calendar, route navigation, status updates that feed the customer’s live tracker, and a simple way to reply to messages or adjust availability.

The Admin Panel must let me onboard or suspend providers, adjust service categories and pricing, monitor live bookings, and access aggregated feedback. Basic analytics and exportable reports are a plus.

I’m open to the tech stack—Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift pairs or similar—as long as you deliver a unified design aesthetic, stable APIs, and app-store-ready builds. Clean, well-documented code and a brief knowledge-transfer session will be part of the hand-off.
