I need a single software tool built for Windows that brings together modules written in C#, Java, JavaScript (with Node.js), and Python. Each language already plays a specific role in my current workflow, but everything now lives in separate scripts. The goal of this project is to consolidate that functionality under one cohesive interface so the user experience feels like a unified application, even though different runtimes sit behind the scenes.

Here is what I have in mind:

• C# and Java components handle performance-critical routines and existing libraries I can’t easily replace.
• Node.js and browser-side JavaScript power a lightweight GUI/dashboard.
• Python remains in charge of data preparation and quick scripting tasks.

Your job is to architect the glue that lets these pieces talk to each other cleanly on Windows, wrap it all in an installer, and document the build steps so I can reproduce everything later. I’ll provide the individual code snippets and sample data; you handle orchestration, error handling, logging, and a smooth launch experience for the end user.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional Windows-compatible tool (installer or portable folder).
2. Source code for every language module, organised and commented.
3. Build script or instructions that compile/package the whole stack in one go.
4. Short README explaining runtime prerequisites, configuration options, and how to extend each module.

Acceptance criteria
• The installer finishes without manual tweaks and launches the main UI.
• All inter-language calls complete within expected time frames and return accurate results on my test data.
• No uncaught exceptions during a full end-to-end run on Windows 10 and 11.

If you’ve stitched together mixed-language projects before, I’d love to hear how you tackled dependency management and updates. Let’s make this toolkit seamless for Windows users.
