I want to build a full-featured online learning platform that can host more than one teacher and cover three distinct tracks: مواد أكاديمية، مهارات تقنية، وتنمية ذاتية. Learners must be able to follow lessons in the way that suits them best, so the system has to support فيديوهات مسجلة, حصص مباشرة عبر بث تفاعلي، وملفات نصية قابلة للتحميل.

Here is what I expect to receive from you:

• A scalable web application (web-first, mobile-responsive) with separate instructor dashboards, student dashboards, and an admin panel.
• Smooth upload and streaming for pre-recorded videos, plus an integrated live-class module (you may rely on WebRTC, Zoom, or a similar SDK).
• A tidy repository for PDFs, slides, and other text-based files with permission control.
• Course creation workflow that lets each teacher bundle content in units, set pricing or free access, and track student progress.
• Secure payment gateway integration and basic analytics for enrollments, completion rates, and revenue.
• Arabic/English interface toggle—Arabic is the priority for launch.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can register as a new teacher, publish one course in each track, and see it listed in the catalog.
2. A test student can watch a recorded lesson, join a scheduled live class without latency issues, and download its supporting notes.
3. Admin panel shows real-time enrollment numbers and allows manual refund.
4. Code is delivered in a clean Git repo with installation instructions and a brief user guide.

If you usually work with frameworks such as Laravel, Django, Node-Express, React, Vue, or established LMS engines (Moodle, Open edX, etc.) please let me know; I am open to whichever stack gets us a stable and maintainable result fastest.
