Multi-Cuisine Ordering Website Build

I need a responsive web-based food ordering system that supports multiple cuisines and guides users smoothly from browsing to checkout. The site must let customers create secure accounts, pay online, and follow their orders on a live map until delivery. Restaurants will log in to confirm orders, update status, and manage menus, while an admin panel oversees every transaction and user.

Core functionality (must-have on launch):
• User accounts & login
• Real-time order tracking with live mapping
• Payment gateway integration (card and wallet ready)
• Separate, role-specific dashboards for Customer, Restaurant, and Admin

A clean UI, fast load times, and mobile-first layouts are essential. Once development is finished I expect:
1. Full source code and database schema
2. Deployed site on my hosting with SSL enabled
3. Brief technical documentation and a hand-off call/walk-through
