I’m launching a full-featured WooCommerce store that will sell a wide range of physical products across multiple categories. The build needs to be rock-solid, scalable, and conversion-focused from day one.
Core requirements
• WooCommerce setup with clean, mobile-first theme customisation and lightning-fast performance.
• Category structure that can grow easily—initial ranges will be fashion, home, electronics, and more as I scale.
• Robust affiliate/referral system so partners can promote products and earn tracked commissions.
• Support for custom or personalised product options (engraving, colour choices, etc.) displayed elegantly on product pages and processed correctly at checkout.
• Marketing automation: integrate email/SMS flows for abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase upsells, and segment-based campaigns (e.g. via Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or a comparable platform).
• Payment gateways (credit card, PayPal, local methods) and tax rules set up for my primary market.
• Shipping rules prepared for physical products—I may self-fulfil or connect a fulfillment partner later, so the setup must allow either path without a rebuild.
• SEO-ready structure, schema markup, and essential on-page optimisation.
• Google Analytics 4 and Facebook/Meta pixel events configured for accurate tracking.
Deliverables
1. Staging environment and final live deployment on my hosting.
2. Documented theme and plugin stack, with licenses transferred.
3. Step-by-step hand-over guide covering product upload, order management, and marketing workflows.
4. Two weeks of post-launch support for minor tweaks or bug fixes.
If you have demonstrated experience building high-converting WooCommerce stores with affiliate functionality and automation, I’d love to see examples. Let’s create a platform that’s ready to scale from day one.
