MRPEasy ERP Integration Deployment

I need a partner who can take MRPEasy and turn it into the single source of truth for our operation. The priority is rock-solid inventory and order-fulfillment workflows, with real-time inventory tracking baked in from day one. Everything that happens in the field, every compliance checkpoint, every grading decision, and every customer order must ultimately flow through this system.

Here is the landscape you will be working with. Field data is currently collected through Microsoft 365 / Power App solutions we built in-house, and our accounting runs on Xero. Your work must connect those sources cleanly to MRPEasy so that information moves without manual re-entry. On the front end, I also need a small public-facing portal or microsite that captures leads and routes customer inquiries back into the same MRPEasy pipeline.

Deliverables
• A configured MRPEasy instance reflecting our process flow (agronomy, grading, inventory, fulfillment)
• Real-time inventory tracking set up and validated
• Bi-directional integrations: Power App → MRPEasy and MRPEasy → Xero
• Go-live support, user training, and concise documentation covering configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting

Acceptance criteria will be simple: if a field entry, a compliance form, or a web inquiry appears in MRPEasy within seconds and can be invoiced in Xero without touch-ups, we are good. Let me know your proposed approach, timeline, and any previous MRPEasy deployments you can share.
