MP4 Highlight Reel Creation

I have a full-length movie in MP4 format and I need it transformed into a concise, impactful highlight reel. I will provide exact timestamps for every scene that must appear, so the job is primarily precise cutting, ordering, and adding smooth transitions where needed.

Please keep the final reel in MP4 as well, ready for easy sharing. Clean audio levels, minimal dead air, and consistent color grading are important to me, but no extra graphics or effects beyond basic fades and titles are required.

Deliverables
• Edited highlight reel (MP4, H.264, 1080p)
• Project file from whichever editor you use (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut are all fine)
