I have a Spanish-language film that needs accurate, idiomatic English subtitles suitable for general streaming audiences. The dialogue is clear and professionally recorded; total runtime is just under 90 minutes.

What I need from you
• A time-coded subtitle file (.srt preferred) that syncs perfectly with the existing audio.
• Natural, conversational English that preserves jokes, cultural references, and emotional tone without sounding literal or stilted.
• Careful attention to line length, reading speed, and on-screen timing so viewers can follow comfortably.

Source material will be provided as a high-quality MP4 along with a spotting list of scene timestamps to speed your workflow if you choose to use it. You are welcome to work in Aegisub, Subtitle Edit, Final Cut captions, or any other tool you’re comfortable with, as long as the final file imports cleanly into standard platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.

Acceptance criteria
• Every spoken line is translated; no dropped phrases.
• Time codes match the master file with a tolerance of ±0.2 seconds.
• English grammar and spelling are flawless.
• File passes a QC spot-check at three random points in the film.

If this sounds like your expertise, let’s get started.
