Move $2M Unlocked iPhone Inventory

I have roughly two million dollars’ worth of fully-tested, carrier-unlocked iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 14 and 14 Pro units sitting in climate-controlled storage and I want them turning into cash fast. I’m happy to sell through eBay and Facebook Marketplace first, but if you know other proven channels that reach buyers—whether that’s Amazon, Swappa, Back Market or a private wholesale network—bring them on.

Both fixed-price listings and timed auctions are on the table. My goal is to capture impulse retail buyers while also courting bulk purchasers such as retailers and resellers, so we may run storefront ads for direct sales alongside high-visibility auctions for buzz and velocity.

What I need from you
• A complete go-to-market plan covering listing optimisation, ad creatives, auction calendars and pricing ladders
• Daily or weekly performance reports so I always know units sold, ASP, ad spend and margin
• Hands-on management of the storefronts: responding to inquiries, adjusting pricing, handling returns and maintaining top-rated-seller status
• Coordination with my fulfilment partner (they handle pick-pack-ship; you ensure shipping options and tracking sync correctly with each marketplace)
• make stores for your own help

Acceptance criteria
1. Listings live on agreed channels within five business days of contract start.
2. First 100 units sold inside the following ten days.
3. Return rate under 3 percent and seller rating maintained at 98 percent or higher.

You’ll get full SKU spreadsheets with IMEI checks, condition grades, images, and stock counts on day one, plus direct access to our fulfilment dashboard.
