Mountaineering Documentary Video Edit

I have a cache of raw photos and video clips from our recent mountaineering expedition and now need it shaped into a polished, story-driven film. The finished piece should run 5–10 minutes and unfold strictly in chronological order so viewers feel the climb step by step—from base camp to summit and back.

Style & mood
• Narrative focus: a clean, documentary approach that carries a subtle “military standard” polish—disciplined pacing, crisp lower-thirds, purposeful map or altitude call-outs, and no frivolous gimmicks.
• Visual treatment: tasteful motion graphics, template-based titles, animated route overlays, and smooth transitions that enhance rather than distract.
• Audio bed: cinematic, dramatic scoring and matching SFX to heighten tension on difficult sections while still leaving space for any authentic ambient sounds we captured.

What I’ll hand over
– All RAW footage (GoPro, DSLR, phone) and stills organised by date/time stamp.
– A quick outline of key moments that must remain intact.
– Any logos, badges, or sponsor slates required in the open and close.

What I need back
– A master video (1080p or 4K H.264).
– Separate audio-mixed version for future tweaks.
– Project file or editable timeline (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut—whichever you prefer).

Acceptance criteria
1. Story flows chronologically with no temporal jumps.
2. Documentary, military-grade graphic language consistently applied.
3. Music licensing cleared and cinematic/dramatic in tone.
4. Two rounds of revisions included to finesse pacing or graphics.
