Mould Remediation for London Flat

I need an experienced mould-removal specialist to treat two areas in my central London apartment:

• the tiled walls and ceiling of the bathroom
• the walls and ceiling of an adjoining room that are also whitewashed

Both spaces show visible mould growth, and I’m aware of active moisture points or minor leaks that will have to be considered while you work. I want all affected surfaces professionally cleaned, treated with an appropriate anti-fungal solution, and left ready for repainting or re-tiling if required.

Please tell me:
• the products and equipment you intend to use on tiles, ensuring they will not damage the finish
• roughly how long the work will take, including drying or ventilation time
• any recommendations to fix or mitigate the moisture source so the mould does not return
