French Customs
Storage built around the French Customs framework
French Customs confirmed that a UK resident may leave a UK-registered motorhome in France while temporarily returning to the UK.
Temporary Admission allows use of the vehicle for up to 6 months.
When not in use, the motorhome may be placed under customs warehousing, which suspends the Temporary Admission period.
French Customs states that customs warehousing has no fixed storage time limit.
Customs declarations are required when moving the vehicle into and out of customs warehousing.
