Motivated Cold Caller for Plumbing Businesses

**Part-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Plumbing Businesses**

I’m looking for a motivated cold caller to contact local plumbing companies and help generate qualified appointments for my website/marketing agency.

**Your job:**

* Call plumbing companies from my provided lead list
* Ask to speak with the owner or decision-maker
* Use my provided script
* Identify businesses with outdated, weak, or poorly optimized websites
* Introduce our website services
* Qualify interested prospects
* Book a short appointment for me
* Update the lead spreadsheet after every call

**You are NOT responsible for closing the sale.** Your main goal is getting qualified business owners on the phone with me.

**Ideal candidate:**

* Confident speaking English
* Comfortable making cold calls
* Professional and friendly
* Reliable
* Can follow a script
* Has sales/appointment-setting experience (preferred, not required)

**Pay:**
$5–$8/hour to start + $10–$20 for each qualified appointment that actually shows.

Potential for increased pay and more hours based on performance.

I will provide:
