I’m launching a new community-facing program at our local mosque and need a seasoned communicator who truly understands Islamic values and can translate them into engaging, spiritually uplifting outreach. The core mission is spiritual guidance, delivered through interactive sessions, short talks after prayers, small-group circles, and one-on-one follow-ups that keep attendees returning, reflecting, and growing.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A clear outreach strategy tailored to our congregation’s needs, including weekly themes, Qur’an and Sunnah references, and practical take-home reflections.
• Concise, relatable messages you can present yourself (preferred) or script for our resident khateebs.
• Community engagement activities—think open Q&A evenings, youth discussion circles, and women-focused halaqas—that foster genuine dialogue rather than one-way sermons.
• Guidance on promoting these events through mosque announcements, WhatsApp groups, and our modest social-media presence, ensuring consistency with Islamic etiquette and tone.

Success is measured by attendance growth, positive feedback, and visible improvement in community participation in daily prayers and charitable initiatives. Fluency in English is essential; the ability to deliver in Arabic or Urdu is a bonus.
