I’m overhauling my mortgage-broker website, which is already running on Next.js, and I want the entire experience to feel faster, simpler, and more intuitive for visitors shopping for loan options. The brief is straightforward—keep the build in Next.js (React, TypeScript and any styling framework you prefer are all fine) and deliver a modern, clean look while removing every friction point in the current user journey.

What matters most to me:

• Easy navigation: menus, calls-to-action and product comparisons must be immediately obvious and no more than three clicks deep.
• Fast load times: lighthouse scores should stay in the green across core pages; lean images, code-splitting and smart caching are expected.
• Mobile responsiveness: layouts need to scale perfectly from the smallest phones to desktop widescreens without separate code paths.

I’ll supply the existing code repo, brand colours, copy, and access to the hosting dashboard. You’ll return a fully refactored Next.js project, updated component library, and a short read-me explaining any build or deployment changes you introduced. Once I can click through staging and see the three experience goals met across all major browsers, we’re done.
