Moodle Workplace Plugin & Integration Development

I’m enhancing our Moodle Workplace environment and need a specialist who can move quickly from idea to finished code. The immediate priorities are:

• Custom plugin development – I will outline the business logic; you turn it into a clean, maintainable plugin that follows Moodle Workplace coding standards and is ready for deployment across multiple tenants.
• Integration with other systems – the key requirement is an integration labelled “moodle workplace” in our brief. In practice this means using web-services / REST / GraphQL (whichever you recommend) to connect Workplace with our existing stack so data flows seamlessly both ways.

Beyond those core items, I also want you to configure and demonstrate two native Workplace capabilities so my team can extend them later:

• Dynamic rules & workflows – set up a few real-world examples that show how to automate enrolments, notifications and reporting.
• Customisable dashboards – design at least one manager and one learner dashboard, using standard Workplace blocks plus any new widgets delivered in the plugin.

Deliverables
1. Source-controlled plugin code (Git) with install & upgrade instructions.
2. Integration scripts/config and concise technical documentation.
3. Step-by-step guide illustrating the dynamic rules and dashboard configurations you implement.
4. A short hand-over call or screen-recording walking through everything.

Code must run on the latest Moodle Workplace release; please confirm which toolchain and PHP version you will target. If you have examples of prior Workplace plugins or complex integrations, share links or repos so I can gauge fit.
