I run a 2-doctor clinic in Hyderabad (gynecologist + general surgeon). Our website is already live on WordPress and I need a reliable freelancer/agency to manage it on an ongoing basis.

Scope of work (monthly):

Monitor website health: WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates (with staging if possible)

Daily/weekly off-site backups and uptime monitoring

Basic security: malware scans, firewall/Cloudflare setup if needed

Performance: monthly speed/Core Web Vitals check, image optimization, caching, plugin audit

Content updates: whenever I share blogs, images, or service info, upload and format them properly on the site

SEO: on-page SEO for pages/posts (titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text), local SEO alignment (NAP consistency, location keywords like “gynecologist in Hyderabad”, “general surgeon near me”), quarterly SEO health check

Requirements:

Strong experience with WordPress maintenance for business/clinic/healthcare sites

Good understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile

Clear communication via WhatsApp/email, IST working hours

Ability to explain issues and changes in simple language

Budget: ₹5,000/month (negotiable based on experience and exact scope)
Location preference: India (Hyderabad/Bangalore preferred but not mandatory)
