Monthly Real Estate Data Entry

Each month I need the latest sales and lettings figures copied from a single third-party property website and added to my Google Sheet. The sheet is already set up; you’ll simply be filling the new rows, checking that addresses, prices, dates and status fields match what appears online, and flagging anything that looks unusual.

Accuracy is king here—typos or missed transactions throw off my reporting—so I’m looking for someone who double-checks before submitting. Turnaround is flexible within the month, but I do expect all data for the previous calendar month to be complete and sent back no later than the 5th of the following month.
